SIS Software (India) Pvt. Ltd is a 100% subsidiary of Surgical Information Systems Inc., Atlanta, GA. SIS providing software solutions to US hospitals with the mission to enhance the quality, organization, delivery and outcome of surgical services through information technology is the principal business of the company. Some of our clients in US hospitals include Duke University Medical Center, St. Luke's, Kaiser, Kaleida, Ochsner, Health First and Health South enjoy our Product advantages: streamlined surgical services, enhanced patient care, increased savings and improved throughput. The Indian subsidiary is dedicated to the research and development and quality assurance of the company's software product line. The focus is on working proactively with the clients to design and prototype new software products and to enhance and continue to improve the quality of the company's software. Healthcare facilities across the USA are using our software to improve their surgery departments in terms of patient care as well as financial performance.

| Doug Rempfer COO |
Doug Rempfer leads SIS’ Operations in providing services including implementation, training, consulting, support and product management and direction. He joined SIS from McKesson Provider Technologies, where he served as vice president responsible for leading services across multiple solutions, including EHRs, nursing, clinical decision support, and analytics. Mr.Rempfer has 22 years of professional experience in healthcare including the operational management of professional service organisations, management of complex information technology projects, revenue cycle optimisation, and clinical care.
John Spiller
CFO
John spiller serves as Surgical Information
Systems’ Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. Mr. Spiller brings over 25
years of finance and business management experience to his role. Previously,
Mr. Spiller has held financial leadership roles with origin Healthcare Solutions,
SunGard Data Systems, All scripts, Accenture and Lante Corporation. John is a
certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Northen
Illinois University and an M.B.A from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School
of Management.
Bobby Roberts
VP Development
As SIS’ Vice
President of Development, Bobby Roberts is focused on ensuring the SIS
Solutions meet the needs of our clients. In his 16 years with SIS, Mr. Roberts
has worked in several departments including customer care, quality assurance,
application support, software development, and new product development. With
his comprehensive knowledge of SIS’ perioperative solutions, Mr. Roberts
provides the company’s development team with direction and expertise in
prototyping. His extensive knowledge of emerging technologies such as eCCOW and
conflict checking add value to all of SIS’ solutions. Mr. Roberts holds a
Bachelor of Science in mathematics from the University of Florida.
Robin Jefferson Tennison
Managing Director
As the
Managing Director of SIS India, Robin Tennision manages the SIS team in Hyderabad.
Mr. Tennison has more than 35 years of experience including 25 years of
software development and consulting in manufacturing, telecommunication and
healthcare domains. Prior to joining SIS India he was with Sprint PCS(Kansas,
USA) as a Database Consultant. Mr. Tennison has extensive experience in design,
development and implementation of ERP systems using client server technology.
He began his career with BHEL, and later as an ERP Consultant and Oracle DBA,
worked in different parts of the world including Saudi Arabia, Vietnam and the
USA. Mr. Tennison , a Mechanical Engineer, received his Master of Science (M.S)
in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and
Master of Business Administration (MBA, Finance) from Indira Gandhi National
Open University in New Delhi. Mr. Tennison is an Oracle certified DBA and PMI
certified project manager. He has good knowledge in a variety of technical and
managerial fields and is a certified professional in Ethical Hacking, ISO Auditing,
Six Sigma, ITIL and SCRUM Master.
